Production and delivery
Production comes first, followed by delivery. Transit time starts when Chronopost collects your parcel.
Production and delivery
Production takes around 12 days, followed by shipping with Chronopost. After carrier collection, allow around 1 working day in mainland France, subject to local exceptions, and from 2 working days in Europe depending on the country and service. Transit time is additional to production time.
Mainland France
Allow around 1 working day after dispatch with an express Chronopost service. Public holidays, some islands and Corsica may affect the time. Saturday delivery depends on the selected service.
Europe
Allow from 2 working days after dispatch, depending on country and service. Chrono Classic can take 2–6 working days. Two-day delivery is not guaranteed across Europe.
Tracking
Use Chronopost tracking after dispatch. Customs procedures can extend transit time.
